Pricing

My clients typically invest around €2,000–€5,000 per year in my services.

At this level, the work usually involves an ongoing marketing and communications partnership for an SME (small and medium-sized enterprise). This may include website and content updates, individual campaigns, social media and newsletter content, graphic materials, search engine visibility development, and, when needed, marketing, communications, and business planning.

The scope is always tailored to the company’s goals. In many cases, I act as an outsourced marketing and communications manager, meaning the client does not need to hire an in-house marketing or communications specialist.

I charge on an hourly basis, depending on the complexity and scope of the work.

Small-scale tasks and updates

57,50–72,50 €/hour + VAT

Marketing, communications, and business development

80,00–95,00 €/hour + VAT

Examples:

  • Marketing and communications plans

  • Business development and strategy work
  • Broader consulting services

Administrative assistance and general information retrieval

42,50–57,50 €/hour + VAT

Examples:

  • Office tasks
  • Standard information searches for project work

Client consulting, customer service, and project communication

1,00 €/minute + VAT

Examples:

  • Work- and project-related emails, text messages, and phone calls
  • Client guidance or general sparring, e.g. via email or phone

Other charges

Travel costs, as well as expenses such as licences or subcontracting costs, are billed separately.

The price list is indicative. The final hourly rate is determined based on the complexity and scope of the work.

VAT is added to all prices.

Luminia reserves the right to change its billing, invoicing, pricing principles, and prices during the contract period. However, price changes do not apply to fixed-term agreements or individually agreed projects or assignments where pricing has already been confirmed.
